H.O.T. Wheel is the evolution of hydrant operations. This tool is made of aluminum and stainless steels. This allows for strength and durability. H.O.T. Wheel will improve the efficiency of getting water to the incident faster than a standard hydrant spanner. H.O.T. Wheel was designed by a firefighter with the operator in mind. This tool has the leverage needed on the stubborn and dated hydrants. The flip up spinning handle allow the user to quickly open the caps and valves in addition to flowing water.

H.O.T. Wheel offers two styles for this exceptional tool. The Generation 1 has a fixed double pentagonal center socket. This was the original workhorse tool from H.O.T. Wheel, LLC. The Generation 1 is a great option with your budget in mind. The fixed center socket is made from high strength aluminum. This center socket it the only difference between the Generation 1 and the new Generation 2. This new version has the same deployable leverage arm. It also includes the spinning flip up handle. The new center socket has the ability to adjust for any size pentagonal and square operating lug. It works on al hydrant caps ti include the Storz caps. The new center socket opens up to easily operate Post Indicator Valves (PIV) that are found in the industrial settings. Easily isolate water flow when needed. This center socket is made of high strength stainless steel.
